GREENWAVE TRIMMING

Everything that we've been working on up until now has all been carefully constructed to get you to this point.

The point where you're finally able catch a green wave unassisted, pop to your feet with ease, and trim across the open wave face.

This is where you make the next quantum leap with your surfing.

It's not going to be easy, but it sure is a whole heap of fun!

WHAT IS TRIMMING?

Trimming is the act of riding across a green unbroken wave using your rail and fins to grip the board onto the wave face.

WHY IS TRIMMING IMPORTANT?

The ability to trim across an unbroken wave opens up the door for surfers to take their surfing to the next level, whereby they're able to ride the green unbroken wave perpetually for as long as the wave allows.

As all progressive surfing is done on the green open face of the wave, trimming is the very first step, setting the foundation for surfers to enter this new realm of the sport.

WRAPPING IT UP

Alright, so this is a bit of a 'New Dawn' so to speak with your surfing.  It really is the start of a whole new phase in the surfing journey for you.

So without further ado, let's hop into the next lesson where we breakdown exactly how it's done.
