How It Works
1. Enroll & Kick Off
Choose your level (Beginner or Intermediate) and book your kick-off call with Lauren to set your starting focus and goals for the 6 weeks.
2. Send Weekly Footage
Each week you upload footage of your surfing. Phone, drone, GoPro — any angle works. Side-on beach footage is best.
3. Weekly Coaching & Calls
Get a personalised video breakdown and the week's focus points. Jump on 1-on-1 calls with Lauren to refine, troubleshoot, and keep building momentum.

How do I choose between Beginner and Intermediate?
If you're still building confidence catching unbroken waves and want to lock in solid fundamentals, the Beginner Progression Program is right for you. If you're already surfing green waves comfortably and want to refine technique, build power, and unlock turns, go with Intermediate. Not sure? Drop us a line before you enroll and we'll point you to the right one.
How does each week work?
At the start of the week you'll have your focus points and technical cues to work on. You send through footage from your sessions, Lauren returns a personalised video analysis, and you'll have 1-on-1 calls to refine the plan as you go. The next week builds on what you did this week.
What kind of footage should I send?
Any footage of you surfing works — filmed from the beach, a drone, or a GoPro. Side-on beach footage tends to give the best results for technique work. Aim for 10–15 minutes across a few waves each week.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens. You have up to 10 weeks to use your 6 weekly analyses — so if work, weather or travel gets in the way one week, you don't lose anything.
Do I need a Surf Hub membership?
No. The 6-week program is standalone — anyone can enroll. You'll just need a free account so you can upload footage and watch your analyses in your dashboard.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Most surfers like to keep going. Get in touch towards the end of your program and we can roll you into another 6-week block at a returning-client rate.
